Oticon More Hearing Aids to Support 2-Way Hands-Free Streaming for iPhone and iPad

There's exciting news for Oticon More users! Two-way hands-free communication will be made available for existing Oticon More hearing aids via an in-office firmware update as of February 24, with the upcoming Oticon new product launch.

What does this mean for you? If you are wearing Oticon More hearing aids and have one of the iPhones or iPads listed above, you will be able to have handsfree phone calls without having to hold the phone in front of you as if you were on speaker phone. The phone will still need to be kept near you for the bluetooth connectivity to work however it could potentially be put in a pocket or purse after the phone call is answered.

For the update to work, you will need to have the latest software installed (iOS 15.2 and/or iPadOS 15.2 or later) on your device. This update is compatible with the follow devices:

iPhone 11 or later

iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation and 4th generation)

iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation and 2nd generation)

iPad Air (4th generation)

iPad mini (6th generation), with
